NOW they've come out with a pattern for the 1999 Barbie body.  But for a while there, they didn't, and my daughter had more of the new body style than the old, and no clothes for the new body.  So I designed a basic dress pattern.  Here it is as a printable Adobe pdf version. 

Note:  I know the skirt pattern is missing... I basically used half-circles of whatever shape my bit of fabric was for the tests.  It's on my to-do list to get that fixed.  Sorry!
